PAPPY SALTED MARBLE BOURBON INDULGENT COFFEE
This coffee recipe from The New Art of Coffee by Ryan Castelaz is next-level delicious—it’s the kind of indulgence that’ll have your eyes rolling back in pure bliss as you hum with delight. Get ready for an iced coffee experience that’s anything but ordinary.
INGREDIENTS
1 extraction of espresso
1 oz Pappy & Co. Bourbon Barrel-Aged Pure Maple Syrup
6 oz Whole Milk
Black Lava Salt
3 Sprays Atomized Bourbon
BUILD
1. In an 8 oz latte cup or a cocktail shaker, use a small whisk or spoon to combine the espresso and maple syrup.
2. Steam and pour the milk into the latte cup or fill the shaker ¼ full with ice, add milk, then seal and shake vigorously for 10 to 15 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass.
3. Pinch the black lava salt between your thumb and index finger and sprinkle a diagonal line across the surface of the latte.
4. Apply the atomized bourbon to the latte’s surface, then serve immediately.
